Assembly Instructions

Starting Procedure:

  1. Check oil and fuel levels.
  2. Push primer bulb 3 times (cold engine).
  3. Set throttle to FAST position.
  4. Pull recoil starter firmly.

Self-Propelled Operation: Squeeze drive control lever to handle to engage drive. Release to stop. Adjust speed with throttle control.

Stopping: Release drive lever, move throttle to STOP, wait for blade to stop completely.

Cutting Height Adjustment

Single-lever adjustment for all four wheels.

  1. Stop engine and wait for blade to stop.
  2. Pull height adjustment lever toward wheel.
  3. Move lever to desired position (1-6).
  4. Release lever to lock in position.

Height Positions: 1 (1.25"), 2 (1.75"), 3 (2.25"), 4 (2.75"), 5 (3.25"), 6 (3.75")

Tip: For first mow of season, set to highest position. Never remove more than 1/3 of grass blade length.

3-in-1 Function Setup

Configure for mulching, bagging, or side discharge.
