Assembly Instructions

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assemble on flat, clear surface.

  1. Attach handle: Insert lower handle into deck brackets, secure with provided bolts and wing nuts.
  2. Install grass bag: Hook bag onto rear deck brackets; ensure secure fit.
  3. Attach side discharge chute (if needed): Snap into place on right side of deck.
  4. Install mulching plug (if needed): Insert into rear discharge opening.

Starting Procedure:

  1. Check oil and fuel levels.
  2. Move height lever to desired setting.
  3. Push primer bulb 3 times (cold engine).
  4. Set throttle to FAST position.
  5. Pull recoil starter firmly.

Operation: Squeeze drive control bar to engage self-propelled drive. Release to stop drive. To stop engine, release drive bar and move throttle to STOP.

Cutting Modes: Bagging (attach bag), Mulching (install plug), Side Discharge (attach chute).

Cutting & Height Adjustment

Single lever adjusts all four wheels simultaneously.

  1. Stop engine and wait for blade to stop.
  2. Move lever to desired position (1-6, lowest to highest).
  3. For best results, never cut more than 1/3 of grass height at once.
  4. Overlap passes by 2 inches for even cutting.
  5. Empty grass bag when ¾ full for optimal performance.

Tip: Cut when grass is dry for cleaner results and to prevent clogging.
